Thomas, Thanks for getting my pipes and tobacco out yesterday! I am sitting smoking my new Meerschaum "Claw" pipe and loving it now as I write this. My next door neighbor is blown away at how nice his new "Bulldog" meerschaum smokes. He was smoking out of the same briar pipe 7-8 times a day.

Greetings from Traverse City, Michigan! I just have to let you folks know that I am completely blown away by your fabulous service. The other day day, after browsing your great website, I sent an email asking a couple questions about pipes with filters. Within an hour, I received a reply, which is amazing in itself. But even more amazing was the fact that you offered to call me--on your dime!--to personally answer my questions. The very next day, after I sent you my phone number, I received a call from Tom Cotton (I believe that was his name) [It is actually Cottom - editor]. Tom was incredibly gracious and knowledgeable. And he answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. That very evening, I placed an order through your website for a pipe, a tobacco sampler, and a KGM Vector pipe lighter. Within twenty-five minutes of placing the order, I received an email saying that the order had already been shipped! That was impressive, indeed! But imagine my surprise, when only two days later, I received my shipment all the way from California! Everything was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. In fact, I'm enjoying the first smoke on my new Savinelli "Tobacco Barn 2007" pipe as I type this message. All this to say, that I am totally impressed by the friendliness of your staff, the quality of your merchandise, and the speed of your service. Ive got a little story for you guys, There are Turkish shops on most of the bases out here in Iraq. After researching the history of the meerschaum pipe i decided i wanted to buy one but the prices at the shops on base are outrageous! I found a nice skull shaped pipe like i wanted but it was being sold for $110.00, no sh**. So i decided to look online for a more reasonable price and came across your site, finding a pipe that was exactly like the one they offered at that shop for a mere $25, THANK YOU!

If I had an award to give, you would be the prime candidate. I recently ordered a very hard to find Zippo from your website. To make a long story short, I have been looking for this particular Zippo for over 6 months. Apparently it has been discontinued, but it was given once as a gift with extreme sentimental value and then stolen. Every time I would find it on-line and try to order, I would get the response that it was discontinued and the company would refund my money. I came across your website and held my breath yet again. I was shocked when I received an e-mail the same day stating that my order had been shipped. I was still in denial thinking there was a mistake. My order (Sales Receipt #29891 dated 09/20/07) arrived two days later. I'm surprised you didn't hear the scream of happiness from South Carolina all the way in California! I now cannot wait until Christmas to give this long awaited surpr! ise!
