We guarantee the freshness of all our cigars and tobaccos. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the cigars you receive, you may return them for an exchange.

Returns

Cigars or Pipe Tobacco: We guarantee the quality and freshness of all our cigars. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the product you receive, you have one week from receipt to contact us regarding your return. Any product returned for exchange must be shipped back at the customer's expense.
 
Lighters: We guarantee your satisfaction with the lighters we carry. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the product you receive, you have one week from receipt to contact us regarding your return. Any product returned for exchange must be shipped back at the customer's expense. If your lighter is in need of repair, please send it back to the manufacturer. You'll find manufacturer address information on our Repair Info page.
Before you call us for returning a lighter, please be sure that your problem is not a lack a fuel. With very few exceptions, all of our lighters are shipped without fuel in them so you will most likely need to charge them upon their arrival. If it is a butane lighter, do NOT use Ronson or other fuel you find at the local retail store. You should be using triple-refined or better fuel in your butane lighter to ensure that it doesn't clog. Meerschaum Pipes: Since we are the importer of your fine meerschaum pipes, we guarantee your satisfaction with our pipes. We guarantee your pipe against any defects in workmanship and quality for a period of 5 years. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the product you receive, you have one week from receipt to contact us regarding your return. Any product returned for exchange must be shipped back at the customer's expense. If a product is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately for a replacement. If your pipe becomes defective within the warranty period please contact us and we will give you instructions on where to send it to be repaired or replaced. This does not apply to any stems or fittings. If you have broken your Meerschaum pipe, please contact one of the pipe repair facilities listed on our Repair Info page.

Other Pipes: Since we are a reseller of briar, corn cob, clay and other non-meerschaum pipes we guarantee your satisfaction with our pipes. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the product you receive, you have one week from receipt to contact us regarding your return. Any product returned for exchange must be shipped back at the customer's expense. If a product is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately for a replacement. This offer is only available with unsmoked products; we cannot provide refunds for any non-meerschaum pipe that has been used. Claims for failure of the product to perform due to quality of construction/materials or workmanship must be made with the manufacturer of the pipe directly.

Oasis Humidifiers: Oasis requires all repairs and returns for replacement to go through them rather than being handled by retailers such as ourselves.  Oasis should be contacted directly and if the unit needs to be return, an RMA must be obtained from Oasis before returning the unit.
