Shipping Information

We currently offer shipping via the United States Postal Service and UPS. We do real-time calculations for shipping costs against both providers with the cost being determined by the weight of the shipment and where it is being shipped to.

Tobacco Shipments: Please note that due to current legislation in that state, we are unable to ship any tobacco orders to Maine or Montana. United States customers in states other than California are responsible for paying any tax levied by their state. International customers will be responsible to pay import duties levied by their state. We are also unable to ship tobacco products to the following international destinations:

China
Italy
Japan

APO/FPO User Note: We fully support our men and women in the US Armed Forces and will gladly ship to any APO or AFO address via the US Postal Services. Accurate prices should be quoted for any APO/FPO addres now.

UPS
UPS is our preferred solution for shipping; it is the ONLY option we make available for international shipments. We feel that UPS gives our customers not only the best price but also provides much greater assurance of safe delivery than USPS does.

If you are order lighter fuel (butane or liquid) from us, it will be shipped to you via UPS only. If you select a shipping method other than UPS for an order that includes fuel, we will choose the correct shipping method for you.

United States Postal Service (USPS)
In most cases, the following shipping options will come up as a result of the real-time lookups of shipping information from USPS:

U.S. Postal Express - aka Express Mail® - this is the post office's fastest delivery product. Includes delivery to most addresses in the U.S. including PO Boxes and military addresses with Sunday and holiday deliveries available in most locations as well.
U.S. Postal Priority - aka Priority Mail® - provides an average delivery time of 2 to 3 days in the continental United States. Saturday and residential deliveries performed at no extra cost.
U.S. Postal Parcel - Use Parcel Post® when value is most important. Orders small and large can be sent using Parcel Post® to any address in the United States including PO Boxes and military addresses. Saturday and residential deliveries performed at no extra cost.
