Now, you can put one flammable gas fueled ligheter or one liquid (oil fuel) metal lighter in the Prometheus Travel Case in checked airline baggage, and travel with your lighter in commercial or passenger aircraft operating in the U.S. using DOT SPECIAL PERMIT 14415.
The following lighters can go inside of the Prometheus Travel Case:

All Prometheus lighters (DOT T-0458)

All other butane gas lighters assigned with a DOT T-number

All liquid (oil fuel) metal lighters such as Zippo
Prometheus Travel Case MUST be packed in checked baggage. You cannot carry your lighter in Prometheus Travel Case aboard an aircraft. One lighter per Prometheus Travel Case in checked baggage and two Prometheus Travel Cases per each checked baggage.
