Using a new process, these calabash bowl inserts are carved from “Reformed” Meerschaum stones. This new process is nothing like the old “pressed” Meerschaum bowls that were produced in the past and were of poor quality. These calabash tops are made only with pure 100% Meerschaum pieces and use only water in a special process forming a raw piece that is hand carved to our strict quality specifications.
